IRH is a full-cycle natural resource company: exploration, mining, refining, trading, R&D. Resource extraction is one of the most closed-off industries on the planet. We built it a brand you can see straight through. Hence the idea — an open window. Simple geometric shapes act as frames, with bold visuals inside them. One shape carries three meanings at once: the slope of a mountain, the structure of a crystal, and the silhouette of a window. Geology, mining, and transparency meet in a single mark.

The second graphic element is the stones themselves. Minerals are the whole reason the industry exists, so they become the emotional hook of the identity. We don't hide the material behind abstraction — we show it as it is, the raw texture everything else is born from.
